Japan is a modern country as well as a traditional country, as the No. 2 economy great power in the world, Japan has created a economy miracle, who has a lofty level of modernization, while whose land area is just as small as one of Chinese provinces…

In recent years throughout Japan there raised a hot trend of home reconstruction, which is in the ascendant still.
In order to pursue a more comfortable and convenient living environment, in virtue of home design, Japanese try to take full advantages of spaces and setting modern appliances, furniture in their current narrow residential space.
In past time the demand rank of life in most Japan families was arranged according to food, clothing, transportation and living, now that has shifted to a new order as living first, transportation next, then clothing, and food last, which put the improvement of home living conditions to the first place.
Now in Japan, the space features and design ideas they pursued has following specific performances. ..

1. Purified, Abstract Design Style
— to make the decoration style attain to a beauty purification realm
Famous post-modern architect Hans Hollein had been engaged in a lot of architectural designs and interior design works, whose work has broken traditional frame and very different from modernist architectural designs. His designs mainly used symbols, metaphor techniques, and applied to modern technique materials and combined with special colors and patterns, thus to create a purified particular ideal environment.
Hans Hollein’s design has put a considerable influence on the world, as extended to his design idea, many Japanese designers follows a step forward, they applied with implied functions and the same time emphasis on the simplicity and abstractness of design, they applied with geometric form elements and managed interlaced arrays of simple lines and surfaces to avoid pop out of objects and shapes, and try best to eliminate all excessive marks; they also adopted the restrained method of removing detailed decorations to embody the essence of space, and make the room space take on concise and lively modern effect.

Nordic think design is an integral part of their lives, Americans keep it as a money-making means, while Japanese believe that design is a important way for national survival….

Taking a motor from an old exercise treadmill and some PVC pipe, John Park constructs a wind-powered generator. The electrical power may not be enough to get your home off the grid, but the great thing about the project is how it explains in simple terms the technology involved in turning wind into free electricity. That is called an architect.
An interior designer is a licensed professional (as is architect) who is the type of person who helps out on the show trading spaces. They "design interiors." They will usually be knowledgeable in fabric, color, material, and geometric organization.
A professional home designer is usually a person who is not licensed or registered and draws up house plans. They call themself home designer because they are not licensed and not allowed to use architect.
An architect is a registered professional licensed to practice architecture and design buildings (including homes)
LMAO
It usu. takes that long as you will be bombarded with many, many questions and faced with many design combinations. Make sure to eat before going to insure that you blood sugar doesn't drop and you become moody and anxious. Get plenty of rest. Check with the home design center to see if you and mama nem' can walk through the center just to see the different finishes, hardware, etc. It is a bit daunting to have to make a decision having not seen the choices until the day, hell, minute before you have to make them.
In terms of what you should look for keep an eye on price as you can face cost overruns without batting an eye. Those selections add up to big dollars real fast. Don't skimp on counter tops, cabinets, sinks and floor finishes. These items can increase the re-sale value of your home and they are the most costly to change. I would go with the least expensive fixtures like door handles, faucets, light fixtures, etc. as any handyman can change them for you after you're in the home and the handyman's cost will most likely be lower than that of your builder. Good luck to you and Mama nem'
Google SketchUp is free. If your 12yo is anything like my 10yo he should be able to become proficient at that pretty quickly. My son goofs around with my AutoCAD which is NOT inexpensive nor would I have thought it easy, (considering what I charge for drafting)!

I would first draw a floor plan for your new home design…Be sure to include some neat features that you would want to include in your home…..then, in your paper, describe the floor plan with all of these neat features. Pretend you are talking to a potential buyer and are trying to sell them this house. The more that you can describe about these neat features, the better your paper will be!!!!

Hi terry,
Your best bet would be to design what you want your house to look like in a home design software application – and skip the "importing" part. There's a lot more information in a 3D home design program then a 2D photograph could provide. Because of that I'd be extremely surprised if such a beast even existed.
If you have your heart set on importing a photo, you could probably scan your photo into an image editing program and play with it that way, but that means you won't have access to any of the "home design" features usually found in home design software.
Wish I had better news for ya!
he says amber but the video says amber..
